What this site does
AllergyWorkflow is a market-validation website for documentation software that is in development for international markets. We collect professional expressions of interest. Do not submit patient information, clinical records, or sensitive health information.
Information you provide
We collect your name, work email, country, and professional role, and, if you choose to give it, your clinic or practice name. Submitting the form, with the notice shown next to the button, is your agreement to be contacted about early access. If you choose "Other" for country, we ask for your country name. A free-text note is optional. Please do not include patient information in the note. We record the time and version of your consent and the time your registration was created.
How we use it
We use this information to manage early access, invite workflow feedback, discuss possible pilots, and share relevant product updates. Registration does not guarantee access, a launch date, or a purchase agreement. We do not send the contents of the lead form to analytics providers.
When you register, a copy of your registration details is emailed to the operator's inbox through Postmark, an email delivery service, so we can follow up with you.
Cookies and campaign attribution
A first-party session cookie supports secure form submission. When campaign codes appear in the landing URL, a signed, HTTP-only campaign cookie retains the first eligible campaign for 30 days. It stores only bounded campaign codes (source, medium, campaign, term, and content), and those codes are saved with your registration. Please do not put personal information in URLs or campaign codes.
Analytics and advertising measurement
If configured, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads load when you visit the site, and you can turn them off at any time. They measure page visits, primary button clicks, form starts, and server-confirmed new registrations. We send fixed event names and clean page paths, without lead details, URL queries, or fragments. Google may process device and usage data while analytics is on. Our setup disables advertising personalization and Google signals.
If you turn analytics off, that choice is stored locally in your browser for up to six months. It is separate from early-access consent. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change it. Turning analytics off prevents further tracking and removes accessible first-party Google measurement cookies; data already sent cannot be recalled by the site. Google may apply its own storage and retention settings, which the operator must configure and review before enabling tracking.
Access, retention, and security
Lead data is stored in PostgreSQL with access restricted to authorized operators. Operators can export and delete registrations through server-side tasks. Hosting location, service providers, backup retention, and the final retention period remain launch decisions. We intend to keep information only as long as needed for the stated purposes and will document the approved schedule before launch. Backups may retain deleted information until they expire.
Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your registration, or withdraw your early-access interest. You can turn analytics off at any time through “Analytics preferences” in the footer.
Contact [email protected] for these requests.
International availability
We plan to launch in stages across different countries. Applicable rights, legal bases, international transfers, and operator obligations require review before launch. This draft does not assert regulatory certification or compliance.
